The latest version of Windows 10 can now convert your webcam’s video signal into a digital camera app.
You can turn your Windows 10 desktop or laptop into a camcorder by simply running the “camcorder” app.
Once the app is installed, it can open the camera app, take a photo, and record it.
There are a few caveats, though.
The app will take photos in the foreground, so be sure to set the camera to the “off” position so that the camera will not record any background images.
If you don’t want to install the app, you can use the command line tool.
Alternatively, you could use an app that will convert your camera video into a GIF.
The camera app in Windows 10 will show you a preview of the image that you can click to download the full-size GIF file.
While the video quality is improved over what you get from using the webcam app, it’s still not as good as a video capture app like iPhoto or Camera+, which has a much better feature set.
And unlike most other apps, the webcam apps in Windows Store are limited to 3D and you can’t use them to take photos or video.
But if you have an older computer, you probably have a webcam already installed that is more than enough to use with Windows 10.
