I recently sat down with two software engineers to discuss how to be a tech talent and a software developer.

Both of them have worked on a large scale enterprise software engineering team and they both love coding.

They had the same question: What do I need to learn in order to become a software engineering talent and an software developer?

They both said the same thing: “Learn to code.”

Become a software designer and engineer in order learn how to make your apps work.

Learn how to use tools like HTML5, CSS3, CSS4, JavaScript, and jQuery in order build awesome and powerful websites.

Learn to make the code more user friendly, less buggy, and more maintainable.

If you’re a beginner who wants to get started on the path to being a software engineers, this is the time to start.

Learn the basics of computer science in order gain valuable experience.

This is the one that most people struggle with and it can be a daunting task.

Learn all the fundamentals of computer theory and programming and apply them to building your own projects and products.

Find a mentor and learn how he or she can help you become a better software engineer.

If your job requires you to use code to build software, a mentor is a great way to help you get to know your software development skills.

Get a job and learn to code and develop applications for a living.

In order to find a job in the industry that will be able to help with the challenges you’re facing in your career, find an organization that has an interest in software engineering.

You should be a code ninja and have the tools and skills to make life easier for yourself.

Get an internship.
